Dr Luka Tomat
University of Ljubljana
Luka Tomat, PhD, is a full-time member of the Department of Business Informatics and Logistics at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. He teaches information management and digital transformation at undergraduate and master’s level.
His research focuses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence in business, business process management, process mining, big data analytics, and the use of digital technologies in higher education. He regularly lectures internationally on GenAI use in business and is actively involved in projects spanning business process re-engineering, AI implementation, and digitalisation in both public and private sector contexts.
Justin Siljeur
Stellenbosch Business School
Justin Siljeur is a founder, researcher, and lecturer at Stellenbosch Business School, with his research anchored in the African Renaissance and its potential to reshape business and society. His work explores how digital entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and disruptive innovation converge to enable new business models across diverse economic contexts.
His research bridges rigorous theory with the practical design choices leaders must make in real-world transformation contexts. Through his executive education and consulting engagements, Justin supports leaders in making sense of technological disruption and in building future-fit organisations capable of inclusive, sustainable growth.

Jerome Adonis
Marketing and Operations Director, EDMECA
Jerome Adonis is a founding member and the Marketing and Operations Director of EDMECA, where he leads the organisation’s growth strategy and the rollout of practical, human-centred AI programmes for entrepreneurs and enterprises. He also serves as Head of Marketing at Property Point and Entrepreneurship To The Point, driving innovation and digital capability building within South Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
He holds an MBA from Stellenbosch University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Strategy. With an academic background in Applied Mathematics and an early career in stochastic modelling, Jerome brings a strong analytical and systems-thinking approach to digital transformation. With more than 15 years’ experience across African and international brands, he bridges academia, technology and business, enabling inclusive innovation and responsible AI adoption.
