Dr Andrew Kozhevnikov
Lecturer in HRM at the University of Leeds (UK)
Dr Andrew Kozhevnikov’s main research interests revolve around careers and critical realism, as well as – typically, to other people’s exasperation – possible ways to bridge the two. He is particularly interested in migrants’ careers; career capital (especially, skills and social connections); spatio-temporal career contexts; and – more recently – careers of the working-class. Andrew has published in Human Relations and Gender, Work and Organisation and received awards from the American and British Academies of Management.
