Lynn Witten is a seasoned integral coach with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Certified in 2008, she brings a wealth of experience derived from over 3000 coaching hours, empowering individuals and teams alike.
Lynn's professional journey began with a robust foundation in the financial services sector, where she excelled as an executive following the completion of her MBA. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director, she blends her corporate acumen with a passion for coaching and leadership development. Lynn engages a diverse clientele both nationally and internationally, specialising in enhancing leadership skills and fostering personal growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lynn is deeply dedicated to her roles as a wife, mother, and businesswoman, enriching her community as an ordained pastor.
Cassi-Lee Rubin
Neuroscientist; Head: Mental Health Risk Management at Discovery Health
Cassi Rubin leads the mental health strategy and portfolio within Strategic Risk Management at Discovery Health. Trained as a computational neuroscientist, she is passionate about complex problem-solving, healthcare innovation, and machine learning. She holds a Master of Science in Medicine (MSc MED) from the Division of Neurosurgery at the University of Cape Town. Her experience encompasses state-of-the-art science, engineering, and technology, both at the patient bedside and within entrepreneurial settings.
Cassi leverages clinically validated and evidence-based innovations along with data trends and patterns to address mental health at scale. She focuses on answering the 'so what' questions, advocating for both preventative and curative initiatives at the intersection of brain and data science
Prof Renata Schoeman
Psychiatrist; Associate Professor in Leadership; Head: MBA in Health Care Leadership at Stellenbosch Business School
Renata Schoeman has been in full-time private practice as a general psychiatrist since 2008. As a psychiatrist, she has special interests in cognition and has been particularly active in raising awareness for ADHD in adults and children. She also holds appointments as Associate Professor in Leadership at Stellenbosch Business School, as head of the Business School's Health Care Leadership MBA, and as a virtual faculty member of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development’s Neuroleadership programme.
She serves on the advisory boards of various pharmaceutical companies, as a director of the Psychiatric Management Group (PsychMG) and is the convenor of the South African Society of Psychiatrist (SASOP) special interest group for adult ADHD, and co-founder of the Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation.
