Vuyo Radebe
Co-founder: Nguni and Gnosis Investments; Founder: Yethu Africa
Vuyo is an entrepreneur and independent advisor in Cape Town, South Africa. He co-founded Nguni and Gnosis Investments, and founded Yethu Africa, a logistics business aimed at delivering goods and services to underserved African communities, driven by his mission to create human-centric products for their benefit.
Colin Mkosi
Entrepreneur, Lawyer and Langa native
Colin is a Langa native with a law degree, and a dedicated entrepreneur and community leader who founded a bicycle delivery service, empowering local youth and promoting environmental responsibility. He thus combines economic empowerment with environmental sustainability to drive positive change in his community and beyond.

Brian Ganson is an expert on socio-political risk management, conflict prevention and collaboration, and third-party roles in post-conflict and other complex environments. He works with companies, governments, international organisations, and civil society as a researcher, evaluator, consultant, professor, and mediator.

The Centre on Conflict and Collaboration (CCC) at Stellenbosch Business School (SBS) acts as a central hub for research, education, and involvement in conflict resolution, negotiation, and collaborative leadership. - Education and Training: Offering executive education programs, workshops, and seminars to professionals, policymakers, and community leaders to enhance their conflict management skills, negotiation competencies, and collaborative leadership capabilities.
- Consultancy and Advisory Services: Providing tailored solutions, facilitation services, and capacity-building initiatives to organisations, governments, and civil society groups dealing with complex conflicts, disputes, or collaboration challenges.
- Thought Leadership and Advocacy: Engaging in thought leadership activities like publishing research papers, organising conferences, and hosting public forums to create awareness about key issues related to conflict and collaboration.
