The 2nd Corporate Governance Conference will take place on 11 and 12 December 2023 at Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS) in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The 2023 Corporate Governance Conference is jointly hosted by the Centre for Corporate Governance in Africa at Stellenbosch Business School and the School of Accountancy at Stellenbosch University.

The conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, academics, practitioners and doctoral students to present their research, share their experience and discuss new and challenging issues in corporate governance.
