Esteemed speaker Candice Hankey will provide insights on how to build trust whilst cultivating an authentic relationship with others. The ChangeMakersHub will share how they put Change on the map to mobilise active Citizenship.

Kanonkop is a 4th generation wine producer, processes around 3000 tonnes of grapes annually and exports wine to more than 60 countries. They only produce red wine and mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage. A 10% wine discount will be on offer to all guests during the event!

Johann Krige served on many Wine Industry Boards, and is currently the Director, CEO and shareholder of Kanonkop Wine Estate.
Candice Hankey

Candice Hankey has operated successfully and passionately as a People & Organisational Development Specialist & Consultant for the past 20 years. Her corporate experience has been crafted and honed at reputable organisations including Woolworths, Sheraton Textiles, The Foschini Group and Sunglass Hut, which forms part of the global luxury & sports eyewear giant, now, Essilor Luxottica.
Her fields of expertise include Organisational Development, Talent Enablement, Learning Design & Delivery, Transformational Leadership, Change Readiness, Employee Engagement, Employee Wellbeing and Large-scale Culture Entrenchment.
Iin 2018, she proudly launched her Level 1 B-BBEE Consultancy in Human Development that focuses on Future-Fit Human Skills e.g. Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Team Synergy, Executive Presence and coaching next generation leaders, especially women, as they move from leader of self, to leader of others. From 2020 – 2021, she hosted weekly radio programmes called #Chosen2Change and #BusinessWithHeart on a community, faith-based radio station called HeartBeat103.9FM.
