Why apply for our PGDip Leadership Development?

  • Invest in your career: Acquire leadership skills without doing a comprehensive degree like an MBA. At the same time, this PGDip can give you access to a Master’s degree as it’s presented at NQF level 8 - the equivalent of an Honours degree.
  • Study while you work: The study format allows for dedicated, focused block weeks to immerse in the learning experience. In-between the blocks, learning is continuously reflected upon and applied in the context of your work environment.

Programme format

This PGDip is delivered via five on-campus blocks and a number of online masterclasses. The blocks are spread over the course of one year, and run from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:15. 

In-between these blocks, you will attend online masterclasses. The two-hour masterclasses are presented on Monday afternoons from 16:00 to 18:00. You need to select six of the eight masterclasses offered.

This format allows you to start applying your newly acquired skills in your workplace right from the start while receiving support throughout your studies.
