Biography
Isa Omagu graduated top of his class in Chemistry at Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Nigeria, in 1988, after which he obtained masters’ degrees in Economics (University of Lagos, Nigeria), Business Administration (IESE Business School, Spain) and Development Finance (USB). He is currently general manager of Guaranty Trust Bank plc, Nigeria. Mr Omagu’s professional career of almost three decades has been spent in teaching, auditing and foreign trade supervision, and includes extensive experience in institutional and commercial banking.
