Biography
Nirvana Rampersad, a professional chemical engineer, works at Anglo Platinum as a PMO Workstream Manager in Operations Functions. She plays a pivotal role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives and deliverables through managing, scheduling, budgeting, implementing and quality controlling all the projects handled by Operations Functions. Her main objective is to maximise value for the organisation. Her extensive operational, strategic and leadership experience in a mining, production, manufacturing and capital projects environment includes knowledge of oil and gas, specialty chemicals manufacturing, and mineral processing. She has strong problem solving, planning, communication and leadership skills.
