Biography
Prieur is CEO of Plexus Holdings, an investment business he founded in 1995, and its division iCRAFT Board Governance Consultants. He serves as non-executive director of Distell Group, the Professional Provident Society (PPS), is a member of the Investment Committee of the Legal Practitioners Indemnity Insurance Fund, and is the immediate past chair of the Institute of Directors (South Africa). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Stellenbosch Business School, chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Investment Committee of Stellenbosch University.
Additionally, he is professor extraordinaire at Stellenbosch Business School, Honorary Consul General of Slovenia for South Africa and Deputy Dean of the Consular Corps of Cape Town
