Prof Salomé Van Coller Peter

After 20 years in Corporate SA, Salome van Coller-Peter joined academe. She is an Associate Professor and researcher in Management and Leadership Coaching at Stellenbosch Business School in SA. She is a registered industrial psychologist and Professional Coach, offering extensive experience in curriculum design. She was responsible for researching, designing, and managing a 2-year masters programme in Leadership Coaching at Stellenbosch Business School in SA for the last 11 years, with 278 Graduates thus far. Her research topics cover mentoring, coaching, project management, sustainability etc. She also facilitates on master’s programmes in Futures thinking, Business Administration and Project Management. She has been coaching mangers and leaders in various industries for 15 years and specializes in Team coaching. She has coaching and consulted in countries such as Egypt, Kenya; Nigeria, Namibia the UK and Sweden. The clients whom she has served in the last 5 years are Public-enterprises, Young Entrepreneurs in Townships; NGO’s and NPO’s; Engineering organisations; Wine-makers; Construction and Logistics companies and Insurance and financial institutions. She also supervises individual and team coaches, having successfully completed her team-supervision-certificate with Renewal Associates and recently completed a programme in “Sustainability Mindset” with Leap. Salome is part of a close-knit extended family. She loves activities in the outdoors; spending time with her hairy pets and enjoying the sea, surf and waves.
