Biography
Shindambi is a self-motivated, and resourceful professional with great aspirations of developing and strengthening institutional settings that maximizes efficiency and performance. He obtained a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance and a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Development from the Stellenbosch University. He is employed in the banking industry by the First National Bank of Namibia. He also currently works as a Part- Time Lecturer in the faculty of commerce, management and law at the University of Namibia. At a personal level, he is an entrepreneur and he spend his spare time helping small business and start ups to scale up. He engages into activities that look at innovations and future employment needs that are likely to solve African problems especially in the financial environment, youth empowerment and sports.
